Their own brand of coffee roasted & prepared on premises
Their breakfast menu includes smoked salmon with hollandaise and poached eggs, and apple syrup-drenched ricotta pancakes with citrus wedges. Food isn't fantastic but I guess the stellar attraction is supposed to be the coffee.
From the outdoor tables the aroma of the woven beans lures passers-by to check out their onsite coffee roaster and the range of caffeine-related gadgets including a range of metal jugs judiciously designed for milk frothing. A coffee-lover's heaven? Maybe not - I was disappointed. The coffee was far too intense & bitter for my liking.
