I had one of the best Eggs Benedict here in 2005, with the creamiest hollandaise that was so very smooth. The 2nd time I went, it was too sour. Not giving up, the 3rd time (Nov '07) was in between the 2. Obviously they have a problem with consistency - looks like I will never get the hollandaise I 1st tried ever again...
